• As a Survivor, this program provides financial assistance for but not limited to: medical related lodging, co-pay, office visits and prosthesis. This program also provides free mammograms for women.

• Alight’s Emergency Assistance Fund, managed by Cone Health, assists patients with finances such as rent, utilities, transportation, food and childcare. Call Alight’s financial counselor at (336) 832-1100 to determine if you qualify for assistance.

• This program provides prescription assistance for the uninsured. In order to qualify for this program, persons must be at poverty level and a resident of Guilford County (excluding High Point). Prescriptions are filled by the Guilford County Health Department Pharmacy.
