This free, one-time class provides information on posture, stretching and strengthening to restore normal movement after surgery. It also provides education about lymphedema.

Free chair massages are available for cancer patients from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on the second and fourth Mondays of each month in the Cone Health Cancer Center lobby. Appointments are not required.
Free table massages for cancer patients are offered from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on the first and third Mondays of each month at the Cone Health Cancer Center in Room 2-037. Appointments are required.

The Cone Cancer Center offers free pap smears and breast cancer screening to women who have no insurance or who are unable to afford to see their regular physician. Registration is required.

This free program helps women cancer patients improve their appearance and self-image by teaching beauty techniques to manage the appearance of side effects of chemotherapy and radiation treatments. Each woman gets a free makeup kit to use during and after the workshop.
